AGM

This year’s AGM will take place on Thursday October 18th at 7.30pm in the Centre. Please put the date in your diary – it would be lovely to see a good turn-out. The Agenda is available here, and copies will be distributed with the October/November Newsletter. The meeting is unlikely to last more than an hour and light refreshments will be served afterwards.

A copy of the minutes from the 2017 AGM is available here.

Poppy Trail and Exhibition

Remembering those who lost their lives in WW1, with a memorial at St Peter & St Paul Church, Old Felixstowe. November 5th to 17th.

New tennis courts

The Community Centre tennis courts have been resurfaced and repainted, and in April 2016 we welcomed Felixstowe Mayor Doreen Savage to declare the courts officially open. We thank ETC Sports of Maldon, Essex, for their excellent work in refurbishing the courts. The work was made possible by a Community Grant from Suffolk Coastal District Council and with support from local councillors' budgets, in addition to funding from OFCA and fund-raising by OFCA Tennis Section.

We hope that the newly refurbished courts will attract new players to tennis, including perhaps some younger ones!
